PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Launches BEFA Industrial Hub

PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk (BEST) has officially commenced the development of the BEFA Industrial Hub located in MM2100, Cibitung, on September 17, 2025. The project introduces multipurpose industrial buildings (Standard Factory Building – SFB) designed to support factories, light manufacturing, and warehousing in Bekasi. The groundbreaking ceremony marks the start of Phase 1, with handover targeted for May 2026.

Bekasi is the largest industrial land supplier in Greater Jakarta, contributing 41% of the total 17,552 hectares (Colliers Indonesia Research Report Q2 2025). Key sectors driving demand include data centers, pharmaceuticals, automotive, electronics, logistics, and F&B. However, the supply of modern multipurpose industrial buildings (SFB) remains limited, particularly in the Cibitung area.
